Recipe Servings: 5-6 Ingredients:1 package P2 Eat Smart Fabulous Fusilli pasta, cooked until al dente, drained1 Cup grape tomatoes, halved1 cup broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces1 can garbanzo beans, drained (retain liquid)1/4 cup Greek feta (non-dairy)1/3 cup fresh basil, choppedOptional: 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast Dressing Ingredients:Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper1 tsp dried oregano2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp lemon juice Recipe Instructions: Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.
