High Protein, Low Glycemic Air Fryer Banana Split
Another week means another #tryittuesday - This high protein, low glycemic air fryer banana split you never knew you needed until right now. 🍌🍌🍌

💚 The ingredients are so clean you could have this for breakfast.

Slice down the middle and Air fry your banana for 8 min. Then top with:

🥣3/4 cup Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of vanilla protein powder, freeze for at least an hour
🍌Ripe Banana
🍫3 squares 85% dark chocolate (We used @callebautchocolate)
🥥Tablespoon toasted blanched and slivered almonds and unsweetened shredded coconut
⭐️2 Chopped Barhi dates
☀️Drizzle of date syrup

Best part - A whopping 40 grams of protein per serving  🤍🍌👩🏻‍🍳
