INDIAN SPICED ROAST TURKEY MARINADE

HERE IS THE MAGICAL TOUCH YOUR TURKEY IS MISSING. THIS SIMPLE MARINADE WILL MAKE THE CENTERPIECE OF YOUR THANKSGIVING MEAL STAND OUT LIKE NEVER BEFORE. WE CAN GUARANTEE THAT NOT ONE SINGLE MOUTH AT YOUR FULL TABLE WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. 

Ingredients:
– For a bird up to 18 pounds Low in Fat, Gluten-Free

  • 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup juice from large naval orange
  • 1 TSP grated naval orange zest
  • 1 TSP smoked sea salt
  • 1 TSP smoked paprika
  • 1 TSP ground turmeric
  • 1 TSP ground cumin
  • 1/2 TSP ground coriander
  • 1/2 TSP garlic powder

Directions:

  • In a small bowl, add yogurt. Add zest and juice from orange and mix into yogurt with a whisk.
  • Add all spices and whisk until well combined. Let the mixture set up in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • Clean your turkey with our Seafood & Poultry wash and let it air dry. 
  • Slather turkey with marinade a minimum of 24 hours before for best results.
  • Roast as normal per turkey weight and enjoy!
