I love nuts… now get your mind out of the gutter and think nut butters.
My absolute favorite nut butters are made from Justin’s.
He made the peanut butter portable (genius idea!) with the squeeze pack, offering the perfect source of nutrition for an active lifestyle. He also created a wide variety of gourmet blends and churned them into just the right amount of creaminess with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Then, he set out to create a better version of the chocolates he used to love as a kid, and didn’t realize that it would become so popular. Well Justin, your products are definitely a first choice and favorite in my house!
Tune in to my interview with Justin Gold, CEO and founder of Justin’s Nut Butters on Episode 14 of The Real Dish Podcast.
I love everything Justin’s!!! Some of my favorites include the classic and honey peanut butter, vanilla almond butter, and chocolate hazelnut butter, which has 50% less sugar than the other leading commercial brand.
In addition to eating Justin’s Nut Butters on a rice cake or even pairing it with some fresh apples, I LOVE to cook with all of these ingredients. One of my tastiest, gluten-free dishes with Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter is my Peanut Curry Grilled Sea Bass with fresh Asparagus. Check out the recipe below!
Another choice of mine is the dark chocolate peanut butter cups. This is the best alternative to the more commonly known peanut butter cup, and just enough to satisfy that craving, yet still maintaining a balance of organic, high quality ingredients.
Of course, while these are my personal favorites, Justin’s offers more products like their delicious and convenient snack packs, their classic, maple, and honey almond butters, their white chocolate peanut butter cups, and their mini peanut butter cups. All I can say is YUM!!!
I truly believe that Justin’s is taking innovation to the next level with all of his products and is doing the right thing every day, making better food, making better butters! So much in fact, that I have asked them for some delicious, nutty goodies to share with you!
