It’s really the only dip you need to make because it’s spinach dip, French onion dip and guac all in one and it’s LEGIT delicious.
Recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons avocado or grape seed oil
1/3 cup chopped red onion
2 cups spinach
2 whole avocados
8 oz cream cheese (you can use plant-based)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Juice of a fresh lime
If you like it spicy, add a little chili flake or a little fresh jalapeño.
Dry toast garlic powder in a hot pan for 30 seconds until fragrant. On medium heat, sauté onion for 3 minutes. Add spinach and turn heat off.
In a separate bowl, combine avocado, cream cheese, spices and lime juice and mix until smooth. Ads sautéed mixture and combine well. Get to dippin! And don’t forget to wash all your veggies with @eatcleaner 🥦🥕🥒
