Peanut Butter & Jelly Date Fudge
What I have for you here is a match made in culinary heaven. I mean, what goes better together than PB&J? 👯Add the chocolate and you’ve got true love!
I’ve taken my raw date and peanut butter fudge, cut it into cubes and topped it with peanut butter-filled @jojos dark chocolate with nuts on top and filled it with a crown of freshly-washed @eatcleanerproduce berries.
You could omit the chocolate…but why?
These are some of the best antioxidant foods you can eat for good heart health. Also make sure to get in your good lycopene-rich foods (the reds), Omega-3 rich foods and fiber. You can even have the occasional glass of red wine.

Peanut butter & jelly date fudge
Vegan/GF/zero sugar added
1 scoop #chocolate protein powder(I like @gardenoflife )
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup oat milk
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup 70% or more dark choc chips (I like @lilys_sweets )
Process in a food processor until smooth. Scoop into a wax paper lines 8” x 8” pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and top with a thin layer of low sugar raspberry jam and finish with slices of @jojos chocolate. 💋💋💋
