Fit Foodie Salmon Burgers

Always opt for wild caught salmon for optimal Omegas…and of course, wash those veggies with Eat Cleaner Fruit & Vegetable Wash.

Recipe Serves: 3


1 lb Wild salmon

1/4 cup Fresh Basil

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 large Red onion

1 large Egg white

1 tbsp your favorite Hot pepper sauce

3 Angelic Bakehouse Sprouted burger buns

1/2 Cup Fresh Arugula

6 slices Tomato



1. Chop salmon, basil, and red onion into a fine dice. Combine them in a mixing bowl, adding black pepper and low sodium salt for flavor.

2. Combine hot sauce and egg white. Add to salmon mixture.

3. Make 3 patties.

4. Cook patties on a pre-heated skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until patties are cooked through.

5. Add patty to one side of bun. Top it with arugula and tomato. Close with top bun and enjoy warm.
